Police in Scarsdale were dispatched to CVS on Popham Road at approximately 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28, where there was a report of a shoplifter who made off with the medication.
Officers spoke with the store manager, who said that at approximately 2 p.m. on Sunday, a man walked into the store, stole various boxes of allergy medicine with a value of $531.98 and took off.
Police said that the entire incident was captured on the store’s surveillance camera, which they are using as part of their investigation. No suspects have been publicly identified by investigators.
